The Bennett Tigers (Bennett, CO) basketball were winner over the host Rye Thunderbolts (Rye, CO), 44-25 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Tigers now possess a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Byers for a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 9. Bennett will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 63-28 non-league win over Sierra Grande (Blanca, CO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Rye moves to 1-1 on the season. The Thunderbolts host Pueblo South (Pueblo, CO) to encounter the Colts in a non-league test on Monday, December 15. The Colts come into the test with a record of 0-3.
