Missouri High School Basketball - Mound City fells Bishop LeBlond
December 6, 2025: Mound City, MO 64470 The Mound City Panthers basketball team scored 49 points and limited the visiting Bishop LeBlond Eagles to 34 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Panthers now have a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Creston for a non-league game on Monday, December 8. Mound City will face a Panthers squad coming off a 77-48 non-league loss to Winterset (Winterset, IA). The Panthers record now stands at 2-1.
The Eagles (1-2) will now prepare for their outing against St. Joseph Christian (St. Joseph, MO). The Lions enter the non-league outing with a 2-0 record. In their last outing, St. Joseph Christian ran past North Nodaway (Hopkins, MO), 48-23, in a non-league outing.
