California High School Basketball - Central Valley succumbs to Burney

The Burney Raiders toppled the host Central Valley Falcons basketball team by a tally of 47-30 in Saturday's non-league game.

The Raiders now possess a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Etna for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 9. Burney will play a Lions team coming off a 63-28 non-league loss to Foothill (Palo Cedro, CA). The Lions record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Central Valley moves to 0-4 on the season. The Falcons host Williams (Williams, CA) to clash with the Yellowjackets in a non-league test on Tuesday, December 9. The Yellowjackets come into the test with a record of 0-5. Williams lost 43-5 in their recent non-league test against Redding Christian (Palo Cedro, CA)
