The Bears now possess a 9-4 record. They play next when they host Lake Creek for a 5A Region III District 17 game on Tuesday, December 9. Montgomery will confront a Lions team coming off a 55-33 non-league loss to Clear Springs (League City, TX). The Lions record now stands at 4-9.
With the loss, Splendora falls to 7-6 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Hamshire-Fannett (Hamshire, TX) to confront the Longhorns in a non-league outing on Saturday, December 6. The Longhorns enter the outing with a record of 2-9. Hamshire-Fannett won 68-20 in their recent non-league outing against Channelview (Channelview, TX)
