Normal Community Ironmen (Normal, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball team topple the visiting Plainfield South Cougars (Plainfield, IL), 50-40 in a non-league game.

The Ironmen now have a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to Rock Island for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 9. Normal Community will confront a Rocks team coming off a 60-26 league win over East Moline United (East Moline, IL). The Rocks record now stands at 5-2.
