December 6, 2025: West Warwick, RI 02893 The East Greenwich Avengers ice hockey team scored 4 points and held the host West Warwick Wizards to 1 in the Avengers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Avengers now own a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bishop Hendricken for a non-league bout on Friday, December 12.
With the defeat, West Warwick moves to 0-1 on the season. The Wizards host Cumberland (Cumberland, RI) to clash with the Clippers in a Division 2 match on Saturday, December 13. The Clippers enter the match with a record of 0-0.
