Woodside Wildcats (Woodside, CA) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Monta Vista Matadors (Cupertino, CA), 3-1 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Woodside advances its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Burlingame (Burlingame, CA) to clash with the Panthers in a Peninsula - Bay test on Wednesday, December 10. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Matadors now have a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they host Valley Christian for a non-league test on Wednesday, December 10. Monta Vista will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Piedmont Hills (San Jose, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 0-3.
