In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting El Cerrito Gauchos basketball team scored a good 74-57 triumph over the Balboa Buccaneers.

In their next game, the Gauchos meet the Benicia Panthers (Benicia, CA) in a non-league match, on Monday, December 13. El Cerrito will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 1-1 record after their 80-67 non-league loss to Rodriguez (Fairfield, CA).
