The Fightin' Irish now possess a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Edward for a Metro Suburban battle on Saturday, December 11. Bishop McNamara will confront a Green Wave team coming off a 77-33 league loss to St. Francis (Wheaton, IL). The Green Wave record now stands at 7-2.
The Knights (1-6) will now prepare for their battle against Riverside-Brookfield (Riverside, IL). The Bulldogs come into the Metro Suburban battle with a 6-1 record. In their last battle, Riverside-Brookfield trounced Ridgewood (Norridge, IL), 82-35, in a non-league battle.
