Washington High School Basketball - Edmonds-Woodway knocked off by Mariner
December 7, 2021: Everett, WA 98204 The Mariner Marauders basketball team scored 72 points and held the visiting Edmonds-Woodway Warriors to 58 in the Marauders non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Marauders now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cedar Park Christian for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 9. Mariner will battle a Eagles team coming off a 61-16 league win over South Whidbey (Langley, WA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-1.
The Warriors (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Snohomish (Snohomish, WA). The Panthers enter the 2A/3A Wesco contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Snohomish was defeated by Lincoln (Seattle, WA), 64-62, in a non-league contest.
