California High School Basketball - Folsom can't hold off Capital Christian
December 7, 2021: Folsom, CA 95630 The Capital Christian Cougars basketball team scored 47 points and restricted the host Folsom Bulldogs to 41 in the Cougars non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Cougars now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jesuit for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 9. Capital Christian will battle a Marauders team coming off a 68-59 non-league loss to Pleasant Grove (Elk Grove, CA). The Marauders record now stands at 5-2.
The Bulldogs (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Cosumnes Oaks (Elk Grove, CA). The Wolfpack come into the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Cosumnes Oaks was nudged by Edison (Stockton, CA), 43-41, in a non-league contest.
