Minnesota High School Basketball - Academy of Holy Angels topples Mahtomedi
December 7, 2021: Richfield, MN 55423 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Academy of Holy Angels Stars (Richfield, MN) basketball squad beat the visiting Mahtomedi Zephyrs (Mahtomedi, MN), by a count of 75-60.
The Stars (4-1) will now prepare for their outing against Benilde-St. Margaret's (St. Louis Park, MN). The Red Knights go into the AAA Section 6 outing with a 1-2 record. In their last outing, Benilde-St. Margaret's defeated Chisago Lakes Area (Lindstrom, MN), 61-38, in a non-league outing.
The Zephyrs now hold a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Hastings for a AAAA Section 3 outing on Tuesday, January 18.
