Minnesota High School Basketball - Chanhassen can't hold off Wayzata
December 7, 2021: Plymouth, MN 55446 The Wayzata Trojans basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Chanhassen Storm to 64 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Trojans now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lakeville North for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 9. Wayzata will battle a Panthers team coming off a 63-45 non-league loss to Eden Prairie (Eden Prairie, MN). The Panthers record now stands at 2-1.
The Storm (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Buffalo (Buffalo, MN). The Bison enter the non-league contest with a 2-2 record. In their last outing, Buffalo got by Cambridge-Isanti (Cambridge, MN), 68-63, in a non-league outing.
