California High School Basketball - Sage Creek nips Christian
December 7, 2021: Carlsbad, CA 92010 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Sage Creek Bobcats (Carlsbad, CA) and the visiting Christian Patriots (El Cajon, CA), saw Sage Creek's basketball squad hold off Christian by a count of 52-45.
With the victory, Sage Creek upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Bobcats host Point Loma (San Diego, CA) to play the Pointers in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 10. The Pointers come into the challenge with a record of 0-2. Point Loma lost 50-36 in their recent non-league challenge against Granite Hills (El Cajon, CA)
Next up, the Patriots play the Liberty Charter Lions (Lemon Grove, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 9. Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 55-45 non-league loss to Clairemont (San Diego, CA).
