Illinois High School Basketball - Chicago Academy nudges Aspira Business and Finance
December 7, 2022: Chicago, IL 60634 Chicago Academy Cougars (Chicago, IL) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Aspira Business and Finance White Tigers (Chicago, IL), 2-0 in a league bout.
With the win, Chicago Academy upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Cougars travel to Disney II (Chicago, IL) to clash with the Titans in a Chicago Public - Blue North bout on Friday, December 9. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Disney II lost 66-33 in their recent non-league bout against Alcott (Chicago, IL)
Next up, the White Tigers clash with the Rickover Naval Seadragons (Chicago, IL) in a Chicago Public - Blue North bout, on Friday, December 9. Aspira Business and Finance will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Seadragons go into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 61-19 league loss to Steinmetz College Prep (Chicago, IL).
