Pennsylvania High School Basketball - George Washington overwhelmed by Boys' Latin Charter
December 7, 2022: Philadelphia, PA 19116 The Boys' Latin Charter basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the host George Washington Eagles to 34 in the league victory on Wednesday.
The now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dallas for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 10. Boys' Latin Charter will battle a Mountaineers team coming off a 85-75 non-league win over East Stroudsburg North (Dingmans Ferry, PA). The Mountaineers record now stands at 1-0.
The Eagles (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Paul Robeson (Philadelphia, PA). The Huskies come into the Philadelphia Public - Liberty contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Paul Robeson was routed by Northeast (Philadelphia, PA), 55-53, in a non-league contest.
