Nevada High School Basketball - Cheyenne crushes Western

Cheyenne Desert Shields (North Las Vegas, NV) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Western Warriors (Las Vegas, NV), 74-38 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Cheyenne upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Desert Shields travel to Legacy (North Las Vegas, NV) to play the Longhorns in a non-league bout on Friday, December 9. The Longhorns go into the bout with a record of 3-4. Legacy lost 73-58 in their recent non-league bout against Arbor View (Las Vegas, NV)

Next up, the Warriors play the Eldorado Sundevils (Las Vegas, NV) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Western will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record.
