In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Palisades Pumas (Charlotte, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Garinger Wildcats (Charlotte, NC), by a margin of 75-45.

The Pumas (1-4) will now prepare for their outing against South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC). The Sabres go into the 4A Conference 49 outing with a 1-4 record. In their last outing, South Mecklenburg was trounced by West Cabarrus (Concord, NC), 74-63, in a non-league outing.
