Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Northwest Guilford Vikings (Greensboro, NC) and the host R.J. Reynolds Demons (Winston-Salem, NC), saw Northwest Guilford's basketball squad overcome R.J. Reynolds by a tally of 35-20.

With the victory, Northwest Guilford improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Reidsville (Reidsville, NC) to confront the Rams in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 8. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Demons confront the Davie War Eagles (Mocksville, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 9. R.J. Reynolds will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The War Eagles come into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 49-45 non-league win over West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, NC).
