December 7, 2022: Fallon, NV 89406 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Sparks Railroaders (Sparks, NV) and the host Churchill County Greenwave (Fallon, NV), saw Sparks's basketball squad knock off Churchill County by a tally of 39-27.
With the victory, Sparks improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Railroaders travel to Carson (Carson City, NV) to play the Senators in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 9. The Senators come into the challenge with a record of 1-5. Carson lost 68-31 in their recent league challenge against Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV)
Next up, the Greenwave play the Spanish Springs Cougars (Sparks, NV) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 9. Churchill County will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 6-0 record after their 64-29 non-league win over Lowry (Winnemucca, NV).
