Virginia High School Basketball - Robinson holds off Westfield
December 7, 2022: Fairfax, VA 22032 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Robinson Rams (Fairfax, VA) and the visiting Westfield Bulldogs (Chantilly, VA), saw Robinson's basketball squad hold off Westfield by a tally of 71-66.
With the victory, Robinson improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Rams host Lewis (Springfield, VA) to confront the Lancers in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 9. The Lancers come into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Lewis lost 64-17 in their recent non-league challenge against West Springfield (Springfield, VA)
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Alexandria City Titans (Alexandria, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 9. Westfield will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 86-74 non-league loss to Bishop Ireton (Alexandria, VA).
