The Smithson Valley Rangers basketball team scored 63 points and held the host MacArthur Brahmas to 40 in the Rangers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Rangers now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Churchill for a non-league contest on Friday, December 8. Smithson Valley will meet a Chargers team coming off a 60-57 non-league loss to Stevens (San Antonio, TX). The Chargers record now stands at 5-10.

The Brahmas (7-7) will now prepare for their contest against Stevens (San Antonio, TX). The Falcons come into the non-league challenge with a 9-6 record. In their last challenge, Stevens bounced Churchill (San Antonio, TX), 60-57, in a non-league challenge.
