Texas High School Basketball - New Diana nips Queen City
December 7, 2023: Diana, TX 75640 New Diana Eagles (Diana, TX) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Queen City Bulldogs (Queen City, TX), 41-34 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, New Diana upgrades its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Big Sandy (Big Sandy, TX) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 9. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 6-3. Big Sandy lost 66-63 in their recent non-league bout against East Texas Homeschool Sports (Longview, TX)
Next up, the Bulldogs play the Stone Ridge Christian Knights (Merced, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 8. Queen City will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record. The Knights come into the bout with a 3-2 record after their 79-35 non-league loss to Modesto Christian (Modesto, CA).
