California High School Basketball - Ripon nips Weston Ranch
December 7, 2023: Stockton, CA 95206 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Ripon Indians (Ripon, CA) and the host Weston Ranch Cougars (Stockton, CA), saw Ripon's basketball squad hold off Weston Ranch by a tally of 48-47.
With the victory, Ripon improves its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Jesuit (Carmichael, CA) to play the Marauders in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 8. The Marauders come into the challenge with a record of 7-2. Jesuit won 68-41 in their recent non-league challenge against Monterey Trail (Elk Grove, CA)
Next up, the Cougars play the Sierra Timberwolves (Manteca, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 27. Weston Ranch will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record.
