California High School Basketball - University overwhelms Balboa
December 7, 2023: San Francisco, CA 94112 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the University Red Devils (San Francisco, CA) and the host Balboa Buccaneers (San Francisco, CA), saw University's basketball squad wallop Balboa by a count of 57-15.
With the victory, University upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Red Devils travel to Lowell (San Francisco, CA) to play the Cardinals in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 8. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 4-1. Lowell won 55-38 in their recent non-league challenge against Carlmont (Belmont, CA)
Next up, the Buccaneers play the International Jaguars (San Francisco, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 12. Balboa will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 52-37 non-league loss to Mt. Diablo (Concord, CA).
