In Thursday's non-league outing, the Montrose Red Hawks (Montrose, CO) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Coal Ridge Titans (New Castle, CO), by a margin of 63-32.

The Red Hawks (3-1) will now prepare for their outing against Moffat County (Craig, CO). The Bulldogs go into the non-league outing with a 1-2 record. In their last outing, Moffat County was trounced by Palisade (Palisade, CO), 44-36, in a non-league outing.

The Titans now own a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Palisade for a non-league outing on Friday, December 8. Coal Ridge will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 44-36 non-league win over Moffat County (Craig, CO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-1.
