The Golden Eagles now possess a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Portland Christian for a District 25 battle on Friday, December 8. Shawnee will battle a Eagles team coming off a 35-25 non-league loss to Louisville Saints HomeSchool (Louisville, KY). The Eagles record now stands at 1-4.
The Dragons (1-3) will now prepare for their battle against Fairdale (Fairdale, KY). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Fairdale was overwhelmed by Valley (Louisville, KY), 77-35, in a league battle.
