December 7, 2023: Sparta, MI 49345 Forest Hills Northern Huskies (Grand Rapids, MI) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Sparta Spartans (Sparta, MI), 41-30 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Forest Hills Northern upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Huskies travel to South Christian (Grand Rapids, MI) to play the Sailors in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Sailors go into the bout with a record of 1-0. South Christian won 58-37 in their recent non-league bout against Holland Christian (Holland, MI)
Next up, the Spartans play the Big Rapids Cardinals (Big Rapids, MI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Sparta will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
