Oklahoma High School Basketball - Western Heights ripped by Luther
December 7, 2023: Oklahoma City, OK 73179 The Luther Lions basketball team scored 77 points and held the host Western Heights Jets to 21 in the Lions non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Lions now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Watonga for a non-league contest on Friday, December 8. Luther will battle a Eagles team coming off a 55-48 league loss to Hinton (Hinton, OK). The Eagles record now stands at 0-1.
The Jets (0-3) will now prepare for their match against Harding Prep (Oklahoma City, OK). The enter the non-league match with a 2-4 record. In their last match, Harding Prep crushed Minco (Minco, OK), 33-31, in a non-league match.
