The Winnebago Indians basketball team scored 45 points and held the visiting Marengo Indians to 39 in the Indians non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Indians now sport a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Byron for a Big Northern contest on Friday, December 8. Winnebago will battle a Tigers team coming off a 49-35 non-league win over IC Catholic Prep (Elmhurst, IL). The Tigers record now stands at 4-2.
