Alabama High School Basketball - Samson crushes Pleasant Home
December 7, 2023: Samson, AL 36477 Samson Tigers (Samson, AL) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Pleasant Home Eagles (Andalusia, AL), 48-16 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Samson upgrades its record to 6-2 on the season. The Tigers travel to Geneva (Geneva, AL) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Friday, December 8. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 5-2. Geneva won 59-39 in their recent non-league bout against Kinston (Kinston, AL)
Next up, the Eagles play the Zion Chapel Rebels (Jack, AL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 8. Pleasant Home will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Rebels go into the bout with a 1-5 record after their 44-6 non-league loss to Wicksburg (Newton, AL).
