Arkansas High School Basketball - Tuckerman thwarts West Side
December 7, 2023: Greers Ferry, AR 72067 The Tuckerman Bulldogs (Tuckerman, AR) basketball knocked off the host West Side Eagles (Greers Ferry, AR), 44-27 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs (6-4) will now prepare for their test against Cave City (Cave City, AR). The Cavemen go into the 3A Region 2 test with a 4-5 record. In their last test, Cave City notched a victory over Calico Rock (Calico Rock, AR), 50-37, in a non-league test.
The Eagles now own a 4-9 record. They play next when they travel to Viola for a 1A Region 2 test on Tuesday, December 12. West Side will encounter a Longhorns squad coming off a 53-28 non-league loss to Highland (Hardy, AR). The Longhorns record now stands at 3-11.
