Illinois High School Basketball - Joliet West fells Plainfield East
December 7, 2023: Plainfield, IL 60585 Joliet West Tigers (Joliet, IL) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Plainfield East Bengals (Plainfield, IL), 43-31 in a league bout.
With the win, Joliet West upgrades its record to 7-3 on the season. The Tigers host Plainfield Central (Plainfield, IL) to clash with the Wildcats in a bout on Tuesday, December 12. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Plainfield Central lost 38-12 in their recent non-league bout against Aurora Central Catholic (Aurora, IL)
Next up, the Bengals clash with the Oswego East Wolves (Oswego, IL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 5. Plainfield East will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
