Arizona High School Basketball - Mountain View edges La Joya Community
December 7, 2023: Avondale, AZ 85323 The Mountain View Mountain Lions (Tucson, AZ) basketball nipped the host La Joya Community Fighting Lobos (Avondale, AZ), 44-38 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Mountain Lions (3-1) will now prepare for their test against Rincon/University (Tucson, AZ). The Rangers go into the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Rincon/University got by Desert View (Tucson, AZ), 58-49, in a non-league test.
The Fighting Lobos now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to Independence for a non-league test on Friday, December 8.
