December 7, 2024: Kernersville, NC 27284 The Bishop McGuinness Villains basketball team scored 58 points and limited the visiting Salisbury Hornets to 48 in the Villains non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Villains now possess a 3-0 record. They play next when they host Albemarle for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 10. Bishop McGuinness will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 77-48 non-league loss to Piedmont Classical (Browns Summit, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-5.
With the loss, Salisbury falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Hornets host Thomasville (Thomasville, NC) to confront the Bulldogs in a 1A/2A Central Carolina game on Tuesday, December 10.
