Idaho High School Basketball - Jordan Valley overwhelmed by Council
December 7, 2024: Council, ID 83612 In Saturday's non-league test, the Council Lumberjacks (Council, ID) basketball squad trounced the visiting Jordan Valley Mustangs (Jordan Valley, OR), by a score of 64-28.
Next, the Lumberjacks encounter the Cascade Ramblers (Cascade, ID) in a 1A Long Pin test, on Tuesday, December 10. Council will attempt to improve on its 3-0 season record. The Ramblers come into the test with a 1-0 record after their 60-55 non-league win over Victory Charter (Nampa, ID).
The Mustangs (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Powder Valley (North Powder, OR). The Badgers come into the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Powder Valley was routed by Ione/Arlington (Ione, OR), 48-46, in a non-league test.
