Arkansas High School Basketball - Danville holds off Dover
December 7, 2024: Danville, AR 72833 In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Danville Little Johns basketball team scored a close 54-48 triumph over the Dover Pirates.
The Little Johns (7-1) will now prepare for their contest against Lisa Academy North (Sherwood, AR). The Jaguars go into the non-league contest with a 7-7 record. In their last contest, Lisa Academy North was tipped by Clinton (Clinton, AR), 61-52, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Pirates confront the Sacred Heart Rebels (Morrilton, AR) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 7. Dover will attempt to better on its 2-8 season record. The Rebels go into the contest with a 7-7 record after their 64-24 non-league win over Decatur (Decatur, AR).
