Arkansas High School Basketball - Dermott victorious over Emerson
December 7, 2024: Dermott, AR 71638 In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Dermott Rams basketball team scored a good 51-35 triumph over the Emerson Pirates.
The Rams (8-1) will now prepare for their contest against McGehee (McGehee, AR). The Owls go into the non-league contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, McGehee was toppled by Morrilton (Morrilton, AR), 72-66, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Pirates confront the Bearden Bears (Bearden, AR) in a 1A Region 8 contest, on Tuesday, December 10. Emerson will attempt to better on its 6-6 season record. The Bears go into the contest with a 3-5 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Crossett (Crossett, AR).
