December 7, 2024: Springfield, PA 19064 The Springfield Cougars basketball team scored 61 points and limited the visiting East Vikings to 47 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Cougars now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Marple Newtown for a Central game on Tuesday, December 10. Springfield will confront a Fightin' Tigers team coming off a 62-48 non-league win over Overbrook (Philadelphia, PA). The Fightin' Tigers record now stands at 1-0.
