Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Southern Huntingdon County knocked off by Juniata

December 7, 2024: Three Springs, PA 17264

In Saturday's non-league test, the Juniata Indians (Mifflintown, PA) basketball squad knocked off the host Southern Huntingdon County Rockets (Three Springs, PA), by a score of 54-44.

Next, the Indians encounter the Newport Buffaloes (Newport, PA) in a Tri-Valley test, on Tuesday, December 10. Juniata will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Buffaloes come into the test with a 0-2 record after their 60-33 non-league loss to York County Tech (York, PA).

The Rockets (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Northern Bedford County (Loysburg, PA). The Panthers come into the Inter County - East test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, Northern Bedford County beat Rockwood (Rockwood, PA), 56-30, in a non-league test.
