Texas High School Basketball - Palo Duro holds off Lindale
December 7, 2024: Amarillo, TX 79107 The Palo Duro Dons basketball team scored 52 points and limited the visiting Lindale Eagles to 48 in the Dons non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Dons now possess a 12-1 record. They play next when they host Coronado for a 5A Region I District 3 game on Tuesday, December 10. Palo Duro will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 50-47 non-league loss to Life Oak Cliff (Dallas, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-7.
With the loss, Lindale falls to 4-8 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to North Mesquite (Mesquite, TX) to confront the Stallions in a non-league game on Thursday, December 12. The Stallions go into the game with a record of 5-6.
