Wake County Academy HomeSchool Wolves (Raleigh, NC) fans went home pleased Saturday as they observed their basketball team edge the host NC GBB Academy Eagles (Durham, NC), 40-34 in a non-league challenge.

The Wolves (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Mount Zion Christian Academy (Durham, NC). The Mighty Warriors come into the non-league challenge with a 2-2 record.

In their next game, the Eagles encounter the Catholic Crusaders (Virginia Beach, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 7. NC GBB Academy will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 71-57 non-league win over Collegiate (Richmond, VA).
