In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Northgate Broncos basketball team scored a close 42-39 triumph over the Foothill Falcons.

The Broncos (6-0) will now prepare for their contest against Piedmont (Piedmont, CA). The Highlanders go into the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Piedmont nipped Clayton Valley Charter (Concord, CA), 54-52, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Falcons battle the Mt. Eden Monarchs (Hayward, CA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 10. Foothill will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record.
