Illinois High School Basketball - Riverdale knocks off Amboy
December 7, 2024: Amboy, IL 61310 In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Riverdale Rams basketball team scored a good 58-48 win over the Amboy Clippers.
The Rams (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against Galena (Galena, IL). The Pirates come into the non-league contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Galena was topped by Rockford Christian (Rockford, IL), 58-53, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Clippers battle the Hinckley-Big Rock Royals (Hinckley, IL) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 10. Amboy will attempt to better on its 4-5 season record. The Royals come into the contest with a 3-2 record after their 46-43 non-league loss to Dakota (Dakota, IL).
