December 7, 2024: Beggs, OK 74421 Beggs Demons (Beggs, OK) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Pawnee Black Bears (Pawnee, OK), 47-37 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Beggs advances its record to 3-1 on the year. The Demons travel to Morris (Morris, OK) to face the Eagles in a Big Eight Star match on Tuesday, December 10. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 1-1. Morris won 49-30 in their recent non-league match against Eufaula (Eufaula, OK)
The Black Bears now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Yale for a non-league match on Tuesday, December 10. Pawnee will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 51-30 non-league loss to Midway (Council Hill, OK). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-2.
