December 7, 2024: Corpus Christi, TX 78410 The Calallen Wildcats basketball team scored 46 points and limited the visiting Winn Mavericks to 30 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Wildcats now possess a 6-6 record. They play next when they travel to Corpus Christi Moody for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 10. Calallen will confront a Trojans team coming off a 64-59 non-league loss to Alamo Heights (San Antonio, TX). The Trojans record now stands at 10-7.
With the loss, Winn falls to 4-17 on the campaign. The Mavericks host Southwest Legacy (Von Ormy, TX) to confront the Titans in a 5A Region IV District 28 game on Tuesday, December 10.
