In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Centennial Golden Hawks basketball team scored a big 70-28 triumph over the Nevada Union Miners.

The Golden Hawks (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Redwood (Visalia, CA). The Rangers go into the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Redwood was trounced by Sanger (Sanger, CA), 54-28, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Miners confront the El Dorado Cougars (Placerville, CA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, December 12. Nevada Union will attempt to better on its 0-5 season record.
