The Christian Patriots basketball squad (El Cajon, CA), was nudged 52-50 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Otay Ranch Mustangs (Chula Vista, CA)

With the victory, Otay Ranch advances its record to 7-2 on the year. The Mustangs host Valhalla (El Cajon, CA) to meet the Norsemen in a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 10. The Norsemen enter the battle with a record of 0-3. Valhalla lost 66-23 in their recent non-league battle against Patrick Henry (San Diego, CA)

The Patriots now own a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Margaret's for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 10. Christian will meet a Tartans squad coming off a 39-34 non-league loss to Villa Park (Villa Park, CA). The Tartans record now stands at 5-3.
