Idaho High School Basketball - West Jefferson overwhelms Cole Valley Christian
December 7, 2024: Meridian, ID 83642 The West Jefferson Panthers basketball team scored 57 points and limited the host Cole Valley Christian Chargers to 25 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Panthers now possess a 3-4 record. They play next when they host Butte County for a non-league game on Wednesday, December 11. West Jefferson will play a Pirates team coming off a 58-49 non-league loss to Capital (Boise, ID). The Pirates record now stands at 5-3.
With the loss, Cole Valley Christian falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Chargers host Fruitland (Fruitland, ID) to play the Grizzlies in a 4A Snake River Valley contest on Tuesday, December 10. The Grizzlies go into the contest with a record of 1-3. Fruitland lost 44-43 in their recent non-league contest against Melba (Melba, ID)
