Oregon High School Basketball - Echo can't hold off North Lake
December 7, 2024: Silver Lake, OR 97638 North Lake Cowboys (Silver Lake, OR) supporters left the game happy Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Echo Cougars (Echo, OR), 54-53 in a non-league match.
With the victory, North Lake advances its record to 3-0 on the year. The Cowboys travel to Umpqua Valley Christian (Roseburg, OR) to face the Monarchs in a non-league match on Tuesday, December 10. The Monarchs enter the match with a record of 1-0.
The Cougars now own a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Paul for a non-league match on Thursday, December 12.
